Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to marina and boatyard clients.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, invoicing, and record-keeping.
  • Support the boatyard and marina operations with practical assistance as needed.
  • Use computer software systems to manage bookings and operational workflows.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
We’re looking for someone who can bring the following to the table:
  • A proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to support both marina and boatyard operations.
  • Confidence in learning and using computer software systems.
  • A “can-do” attitude and a proactive approach to teamwork.
  • Previous experience in office administration and/or knowledge of plant operations is a bonus.

Your day will be a mix of office-based tasks and hands-on support in the boatyard. From managing bookings and liaising with customers to assisting with marina operations, no two days will be the same. While the role is primarily Monday to Friday, working every 3rd weekend and occasional bank holiday work may be required.
