An established boatbuilder and composite specialist is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Administrative Assistant (Full Time or Part Time negotiable for the right candidate).to join their friendly team in Lymington. This is a varied and hands-on role, supporting different areas of the business. Your day could include welcoming visitors, handling phone and email enquiries, helping with health & safety records, or packing and shipping spares orders. You’ll also take care of everyday office administration such as filing, scanning, ordering stationery and uniforms, and liaising with suppliers to obtain quotes or place orders. On the project side, you’ll support production contracts with record keeping and compliance documents, as well as assisting other departments whenever needed. No two days are the same, so this role will suit someone who enjoys variety and is happy to “muck in” where required. We’re looking for someone with at least a year’s experience in a similar role, who is confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and has excellent attention to detail. You’ll need to be organised, able to juggle tasks, and bring a positive, can-do attitude. This is a small and supportive team, so you’ll play an important part in keeping everything running smoothly. Hours & Location This is an office-based role in Lymington. Full-time hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm, but we are also open to part-time arrangements for the right candidate.
