We're partnering with a global leader in marine technology to appoint a Key Account Director responsible for one of the organisation's most strategically important international OEM partnerships.

This is far more than a traditional account management role.

You'll take full ownership of a high-value global relationship, operating across commercial, technical, and strategic functions to drive sustainable growth, innovation, and long-term value creation.

As the \"Account CEO\", you will lead the overall customer strategy for a major global OEM account, ensuring alignment across multiple business units and international stakeholders.

Acting as the senior point of accountability both internally and externally, you'll be responsible for strengthening executive relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and translating strategic objectives into measurable commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a major global OEM account across multiple regions and stakeholder groups.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships at C-suite and senior leadership level.
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and long-term account value.
