  • (Senior level) Provide mentorship to junior engineers and lead on key technical decisions.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong understanding of Classification Society rules and IMO regulatory frameworks.

  • Comfortable liaising with Class, shipyards, and external engineering teams.
  • Previous work in a shipyard or marine design office preferred.
  • Familiarity with producing and managing class-required documentation.
Desirable Attributes:
  • Eager to explore new tools, technologies, and design approaches.
  • Passionate about contributing to decarbonisation and sustainable marine tech.
  • Strong project management, organisation, and communication skills.

  • (Senior level) Leadership and mentoring capability.
What’s In It for You:
  • Be part of a hands-on engineering team where your ideas and contributions are visible and impactful.
  • Shape the future of vessel performance and sustainability in real-world applications.
  • Enjoy a varied and dynamic role that offers both technical depth and commercial exposure.
