Location: Portsmouth

We’re working with a well-established composites manufacturer on the South Coast who is looking to bring experienced Composite Laminators into their growing production team. This is a hands-on laminating role working with high-quality carbon and glass prepreg components, within a professional production environment that values accuracy, consistency, and pride in workmanship.

The Role

  • Carbon & glass prepreg layup
  • Bagging and de-bagging
  • Autoclave operations
  • Demoulding finished components
  • Preparation of mould tools
  • Bonding and assembly (useful but not essential)

Hours & Overtime

Standard hours:

  • Monday–Thursday: 08:00–16:30
  • Friday: 08:00–15:30

39 hours per week

Overtime paid:

  • Time and a third during the week
  • Time and a half on Saturdays

Pay: £15 - £21p/h PAYE

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Composite Laminator
  • Strong background in prepreg processes
  • Ability to work to drawings, procedures, and quality standards
  • Experience from Automotive or Aerospace environments is highly desirable
  • Marine or other high-performance composites experience also welcomed
