A leading marine composite manufacturer based in Lymington is looking to recruit an experienced Carbon Fibre Composite Laminator as part of continued growth. This business operates within the high-end marine and superyacht sector, producing technically advanced carbon fibre components to an exceptionally high standard.

The Role: You’ll be involved in the manufacture of premium carbon fibre structures in a clean, professional production environment.

  • Carbon fibre hand lay-up and lamination
  • Working with pre-preg and/or wet lay carbon
  • Vacuum bagging and resin infusion
  • Reading and working from engineering drawings and laminate schedules
  • Trimming, finishing, and quality inspection of components
  • Maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and H&S
