Boat Builders and Laminators - Fibre Mechanics in Pennington

We're looking for experienced Boatbuilders and Laminators to join our team and get stuck into some exciting projects in Hythe and Lymington.

We're a growing marine composites business, working on a mix of high-performance sailing yachts, large composite vessels and specialist marine projects. If you know your way around a boat, take pride in your work and enjoy being part of a team, we'd like to hear from you.

We're open to both PAYE and Sub-Contractors.

Ideally, you'll have experience working on sailing yachts and work boats, but it's not essential. Experience in composite boatbuilding, pre-preg, laminating, fit-out and general boat work would be a big advantage.

Most importantly, we're looking for reliable, hardworking people who care about what they produce.
