We’re on the lookout for a dynamic, detail-loving Office Administrator to join our clients Team, a naval architecture firm based in Southampton. If you thrive in a supportive role, enjoy keeping things running like clockwork, and love a bit of variety in your day – this could be the perfect fit.
As the heart of office operations, you\’ll provide essential day-to-day support across the business, helping maintain a smooth, productive, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors alike.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing administrative support across all departments
- Ensuring the office environment is well-organised and efficient
- Acting as the go-to person for visiting guests and coordinating their experience
- Supporting regular data entry and reconciliation tasks
- Managing team travel bookings and creating detailed itineraries
