Maritime Civil Engineer — Full time – Permanent. Location – Portsmouth or London. Hybrid working available (3 days in the office). Salary £45,000 – £55,000.

Their rapid success has been down to the strength of relationships and a key part of your role will be to build, develop and maintain those relationships with contractors, clients and partners. My client like getting out to site to meet clients, literally seeing the project through from concept to completion.
The Role
As a Maritime Civil Engineer with at least four years of experience, you’ll be at the forefront of exciting and varied projects. You’ll:
- Identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions using your expertise
- Lead detailed designs for marine civil engineering projects
- Draft and present proposals to new and existing clients
- Manage client expectations, ensuring clear communication throughout the process
- Provide technical expertise that’s accessible and jargon-free
- Oversee financial aspects of projects, including budgets and payments
- Mentor and support junior team members

- A degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
