Overview

We are seeking a skilled marine sales people to join a rapidly growing marine technology business. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with a passion for the marine industry to help drive growth, build strong customer relationships, and expand influence across global markets. The business is scaling quickly and actively growing its sales teams, so there’s real potential to shape the commercial strategy and make a visible impact.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marine sales, ideally with experience in marine technology or performance sailing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own assigned territories and budgets, developing and delivering effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, OEM customers, and other marine industry stakeholders
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to account teams and distributors to maximize sales performance
  • Represent the company at industry events, boat shows, and regattas to promote products and generate new business
  • Contribute insights and recommendations to sales, marketing, and product strategy to support business growth

  • Proven success in marine sales, preferably within marine technology, equipment, or performance sailing
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
