We’re supporting a well-established marine group in their search for an experienced European Sales Manager, someone who can own key accounts, drive commercial growth across Europe, and deliver a seamless customer experience from concept through to delivery. This is a high-impact role working closely with the Sales Director to shape strategy, strengthen commercial performance, and build long-term partnerships with major clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing and executing detailed sales strategies with the Sales Director.
- Managing quoting, pricing structures and margin performance across your accounts.
- Running structured account reviews and strengthening long-term relationships.
- Using your marine industry knowledge to support customers on product selection and integration.
- Coordinating internally across design, manufacturing, procurement, logistics and finance to keep projects on track.
- Ensuring excellent communication and top-tier customer service at every stage.
- Identifying new market opportunities and providing accurate forecasting data.
- Travelling within Europe as required, sometimes at short notice.
- Leading confident, technical sales conversations in person and via video.
- Staying positive under pressure and keeping a solution-focused approach.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong experience in OEM or technical B2B sales, within the marine sector.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with technical conversations and commercially driven decision-making.
- Solid understanding of pricing, margins and commercial performance.
- Competent with Excel, PowerPoint and internal systems.
- A driven, upbeat, “let’s get this done” attitude.
- French language skills are a strong advantage.
