We’re on the lookout for skilled Composite Boat Builders to join a busy marine composites team in Hampshire.
What you’ll be doing:
- Working on composite laminating projects
- Fitting bulkheads, hull to deck
- Preparing moulds, lay-up and infusion set‑ups
- Reading and working from technical drawings
- Delivering high‑quality finishes to meet project specifications
What we’re looking for:
- Proven laminating experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
- Reliability and flexibility to support overtime when needed
- Previous marine or composites industry experience is highly desirable
