The Role
As Production Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the production function, ensuring output targets are met while maintaining exceptional standards across quality, safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Leading day-to-day production operations across a high-throughput environment
- Driving continuous improvement, lean manufacturing and process optimisation
- Managing and developing production teams, supervisors and technicians

- Working closely with engineering, supply chain and senior leadership to support growth
