Overview
Marine Resources is excited to be partnering with Baltic on this search. Baltic is entering its next phase of growth in the UK and is seeking a Country Manager to lead that journey. You will be an integral part of shaping the UK market strategy, defining a clear USP, and ensuring the brand stands apart from competitors in both the UK and international markets. Baltic has clear ambitions to strengthen its position across both the leisure marine market and professional/commercial segments, and this role will be central to delivering that growth. The focus is on building a balanced, sustainable strategy that supports recreational users while also expanding presence within professional and commercial markets.
The Role
As Country Manager, you will take ownership of the UK business and play a key role in wider international development. Your remit will include:
- Developing and delivering a clear UK market strategy aligned with Baltic’s global vision
- Defining and embedding a compelling brand USP to differentiate Baltic from competitors
- Driving commercial growth across distributor, retail, and partner networks
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers
- Representing the brand at major industry events, shows, and overseas travel
- Working closely with Baltic HQ to ensure consistency while tailoring execution for the UK market
This role is about momentum, clarity, and progression.
About You
You’ll be commercially sharp, strategically minded, and comfortable leading from the front. Ideally, you will bring:
- Proven experience in a senior commercial, country management, or business development role
- Background in marine, watersports, outdoor, or lifestyle brands (highly desirable)
- Experience building and executing market strategies, not just talking about them
- Strong understanding of distributor and dealer-led sales models
- Confidence operating across UK and international markets
- A genuine affinity with the water, marine, or outdoor lifestyle
