You’ll be the face of the hotel — delivering exceptional service from the moment guests arrive until the moment they leave.
What You’ll Do: You’ll be part of the front office team delivering a smooth, professional, and welcoming reception experience for all guests. You will be responsible for:
- Welcoming guests to the hotel and ensuring the guest experience is exceptional.
- Providing an efficient and professional guest service when greeting guests and dealing with requests.
- Managing check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and warmth.
- Presenting a professional image at all times in line with our high standards.
- Promoting all hotel products and services to guests in a friendly and engaging manner.
- Compiling and processing guest bills and ensuring timely payments.
- Handling guest queries or concerns and escalating when needed.
- Staying knowledgeable about the hotel facilities, local area, and current offers.
What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for friendly, reliable team members who are passionate about hospitality and thrive in a guest-facing role. You’ll have:
