What You’ll Do: You’ll be responsible for:
- Providing a range of spa treatments including massage, facials, and body therapies.
- Consulting with guests to understand their needs and tailor treatments accordingly.
- Maintaining a calm, clean, and relaxing treatment space at all times.
- Ensuring high standards of hygiene, presentation, and guest comfort.
- Supporting the wider spa team in delivering a smooth, professional service.
- Promoting spa products and services to enhance the guest experience.
- Upholding health & safety and safeguarding practices in all you do.
What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for passionate, guest-focused professionals who take pride in their craft. You’ll have:
- An NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy or Massage Therapy.
- Weekend availability (Saturday and/or Sunday shifts).
- A calm, friendly manner and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Experience in a similar spa or wellness environment is desirable.
