What will I be doing?

  • Working alongside the Hotel management to oversee hotel operations, Front Office, security, guest luggage storage & retrieval and valet parking requirements.
  • Approach all encounters with guests, employees, and visitors in a professional and personalised manner.
  • Must have a professional image and personality exuding confidence and leadership skills whilst encouraging safe and efficient hotel operations.
  • Care and attention to guest items you will be handling large volumes of guest luggage and golfing equipment.
  • Be able to perform a variety of guest requests and think creatively when called upon to establish a memorable experience for every guest and member.
  • Offer to handle special arrangements during guest stay; coordinate future visits.
  • Assist with additional Front Office / VIP Service tasks.
  • Actively participate in training and continuing education when available.
  • Oversee inventory levels pertaining to supplies on an as needed basis.
  • Ensure that the safety & confidentiality of all matters pertaining to guests and members are met in accordance with resort standards.
