As an HR Administrator, you will assist in making that happen through a warm welcome for new starters, smooth onboarding, accurate administration, and reliable day-to-day support. Working closely with managers across multiple sites, you'll provide essential day-to-day HR support while gaining hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and wider people initiatives.

What You'll Do: Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting recruitment activities, including coordinating interviews, preparing offers and arranging onboarding.
  • Welcoming new team members and supporting onboarding and induction.
  • Managing employee lifecycle administration, from new starters and contract changes through to leavers.
  • Maintaining accurate, confidential and up-to-date employee records.
  • Providing administrative support for employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes.
  • Supporting employee engagement and People & Culture initiatives.
  • Managing the issuing and inventory of team uniforms.
  • Building positive relationships with external partners, including colleges, schools and universities.
  • Providing general HR administration and helping to keep our people processes running smoothly.
  • Playing an active role as a People & Culture Champion across the Resort.

What We're Looking For: We're looking for someone who is positive, proactive and genuinely enjoys working with people. You'll be comfortable managing a busy workload, have a keen eye for detail and enjoy building strong working relationships with colleagues at all levels. You'll have:

  • Previous administration experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The confidence to manage multiple priorities and work independently across multiple sites.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office; experience using HR systems would be an advantage.
  • A proactive attitude and genuine willingness to learn and develop.
  • Flexibility to travel between sites when required.

It would be great if you also have:

  • Previous experience working within an HR or People & Culture function.
  • Experience supporting recruitment or employee relations activities.
