The Opportunity: As Assistant Bar Manager you will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of management within the outlet including but not limited to:
- The consistent delivery of exceptional guest experience, meeting and exceeding our guests expectations.
- Assisting with stock control and inventory management.
- Assisting with the control of costs and optimising profits while maintaining exceptional standards of service and presentation.
- Ensuring that the cleanliness of the entire outlet is maintained to a high standard, including all stores, fixtures, and equipment.
- Assisting with rotas and resources in line with payroll budgets and revenue forecasting.
- Assisting with managing team member attendance, performance management, conduct and training and development supported by HR.
- Responsible for handling cash and end of day checking.
- Ensuring an effective and safe working environment is maintained in compliance with appropriate legislation, such as Licensing Laws, Health & Safety, and other statutory requirements.
- Responsible for promoting and contributing to a harmonious working environment where all team members are valued and treated with respect and dignity.

- Previous relevant experience within a busy Bar and/or Restaurant outlet.
- Minimum of 1 year previous experience of leading and managing a team.
- Previous experience of working across multiple outlets.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.

- Excellent communication and IT skills.
- Innovative with the ability to influence and implement ideas effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
