We are seeking a Regional Director of Sales, Europe to lead and drive the commercial performance of our hotel portfolio across the UK and Europe. This is a senior leadership role with accountability for sales strategy, revenue delivery, and team performance across multiple properties and brands.

- Developing and delivering a regional sales strategy

- Leading and developing sales teams

- Working cross-functionally with Revenue, Marketing and Operations
- Supporting openings and repositioning projects

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Significant experience in a senior commercial or sales leadership role within hospitality, with multi-property or regional accountability
- Strong track record of delivering sustained revenue growth, market share improvement, and commercial performance
- Experience across key segments including corporate, group, leisure, and ideally golf/tour operator business
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and performance-manage sales teams across multiple locations
- Experience working closely with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations to deliver aligned commercial strategies
- Strong understanding of hotel distribution channels, pricing strategy, and demand drivers
- Experience supporting new openings, transitions, or repositioning projects is advantageous
- Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Fluent in English; additional European language skills are beneficial
LOCATION AND TRAVEL
London-based with hybrid working. Regular travel across the UK and Europe.
