Your Role as Food and Beverage Supervisor

Our team is at the heart of everything we do.

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will support the daily running of our Restaurant and Bar operations, ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience.

You will lead by example, working alongside your team to uphold high service standards and create a welcoming environment for both guests and colleagues.

  • What You’ll Do
  • Oversee day-to-day service in the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Support, guide, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional hospitality.
  • Step in to train new team members, ensuring our standards are consistently met.
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and maintaining a well-presented service area.
  • Ensure that health, safety, and hygiene standards are followed at all times.
  • Work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to share feedback and implement improvements.
  • Help handle guest queries or issues with professionalism and care.

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or senior team member role in hospitality.
  • A passion for food, drink, and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • A team player with great communication and people skills.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
