Your Role as Food & Beverage Manager

As Food & Beverage Manager, you will take full ownership of a diverse and high-volume F&B operation across the resort. This includes restaurants, bars, meetings & events, and weddings. You will lead, develop, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service standards while driving commercial performance, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction. This is a highly visible leadership role, working closely with the senior management team to ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience across all outlets.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the day-to-day operation across all F&B outlets, ensuring seamless delivery of service
  • Drive commercial performance, including revenue growth, payroll control, and cost management
  • Oversee weddings, conferences, and events, ensuring exceptional execution and guest satisfaction
  • Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams, creating a positive and engaging culture
  • Ensure consistent delivery of brand standards and service excellence across all outlets
  • Manage stock control, purchasing, and supplier relationships effectively
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement continuous improvements
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
  • Collaborate with senior leaders across Sales, Revenue, and Operations to maximise opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or senior F&B leader within a hotel or resort environment
  • Experience managing multi-outlet operations, including restaurants, bars, and events/weddings
  • Strong commercial awareness with a track record of driving revenue and controlling costs
  • A hands‑on leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Excellent organisational and operational management skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Flexibility to meet the demands of a 7‑day hospitality operation
