Marine & Lawn Hotels & Resorts are seeking an experienced Director of Sales – Scotland to lead the commercial sales strategy across our iconic Scottish hotel portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the most distinctive luxury hospitality brands in the UK, with hotels located in world-famous golfing destinations including St Andrews, Troon, North Berwick and Dornoch.

As Director of Sales, you will lead and inspire our Sales & Events teams across Scotland, working closely with General Managers, Revenue, and the Regional Director of Sales to drive revenue growth, strengthen key partnerships, and deliver exceptional commercial performance across all market segments.

We are looking for a commercially driven hospitality professional who can:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans
  • Grow key accounts and identify new business opportunities
  • Lead negotiations, RFP processes and contracting activity
  • Drive performance through coaching and team development
  • Collaborate across revenue, operations and global sales teams
  • Deliver budgeted revenues across rooms, events and F&B

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years' hotel sales leadership experience
  • Strong commercial and revenue awareness
  • Experience with Delphi, Opera and RFP systems desirable
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of the Scottish hospitality market preferred
