Your Role as Chef de Partie

  • Run your section effectively, preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard.
  • Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver smooth and efficient service.
  • Support and develop Commis Chefs and junior team members.
  • Assist with stock control, rotation, and ordering.
  • Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards at all times.
  • Contribute ideas for menus and daily specials, reflecting seasonal produce and guest demand.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, or a strong Demi Chef ready to step up.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
  • A genuine passion for fresh food and quality presentation.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • A team-focused approach with good communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
