We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nightshift Team Leader to join our high-performing team at MOWI. You will be responsible for overseeing hygiene operations across several areas of the factory, ensuring adherence to Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards, and driving continuous improvement in hygiene processes. This is a critical role where your management skills will be essential in motivating and managing staff to deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and overseeing your nightshift hygiene team, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and all relevant policies.
- Leading and motivating the team, providing guidance, training, and performance management to maximize potential and ensure high standards.
- Maintaining compliance with health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Driving continuous improvement in hygiene processes by identifying opportunities for efficiency and implementing best practices.
- Ensuring adherence to cleaning and sanitation schedules, meeting hygiene standards.
- Conducting audits and inspections to monitor standards, identify improvements, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Production, Quality Assurance, and Engineering to ensure seamless operations and compliance.
- Preparing reports on hygiene performance, including KPIs for management review.
Skills:
- Proven experience in hygiene management, preferably in a nightshift setting, with knowledge of health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
- Strong understanding of hygiene practices, cleaning procedures, and protocols in manufacturing or food processing environments.
- Excellent leadership and management skills to motivate and inspire teams.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety principles and enforcement of safety protocols.
