Marine Department are a growing company providing safety and logistical support for all things on or below the water in film and television. We pride ourselves on being able to make the most out of every shoot, with the right team, equipment and "can do" attitude for each job.

We are seeking a department coordinator to provide logistical and administrative support to our team. This is a full time role primarily based in Newport Pagnell, however there is also opportunity to join the team on location on certain projects. We are looking for a motivated, adaptable and organised candidate, who is as confident working independently as they are working as part of a team.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Pay roll
  • Invoicing productions
  • Budget tracking
  • Client liaison
  • Replenishing kit stores/inventory
  • Website management
  • Travel coordination - crew and equipment
  • PA work for company director

Skills and qualifications:

  • Strong IT skills - particularly excel (essential)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (essential)
  • Experience with accountancy software (desirable)
  • Knowledge in either the film or marine industry (desirable)
  • Experience with website building or management (desirable)
