Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time in SAP when needed.
- Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on overdue balances, and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Update the receipts received in SAP.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations and vendors on invoicing, pricing, quantity, and documentation issues.
- Maintain complete AR documentation and a clear audit trail.
- Support month-end closing activities, including AR cut-off and reconciliations.
- Assist with balance sheet schedules and account reconciliations.
- Support bank, intercompany, and clearing account reconciliations as required.
- Prepare audit support schedules and respond to audit queries.
- Ensure transactions are processed in line with approved finance processes and controls.
- Flag upstream issues that impact Finance, including incorrect pricing, quantities, tax codes, or documentation.
- Maintain discipline around documentation, approvals, and timelines.
- Support general accounting and finance tasks as required to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in Accounts Receivable and basic accounting operations.
- Working knowledge of SAP is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, operational environment.
