We are seeking a creative and commercially driven Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for Marine Ballycastle. This is a hands-on role where you’ll shape how the hotel is positioned in the market, driving awareness, bookings, and revenue across rooms, food & beverage, and events. You’ll work closely with the General Manager and wider team to deliver impactful campaigns and elevate the hotel’s presence locally and beyond.
What You’ll Do- Develop and deliver a clear marketing strategy aligned to business goals
- Identify and target key markets including leisure, weddings, and corporate
- Manage and optimise the hotel website, ensuring engaging and SEO-led content
- Plan and execute digital campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and email marketing
- Create compelling content including copy, imagery, and video
- Maintain strong brand consistency across all channels
- Manage PR activity, media relationships, and influencer partnerships
- Support revenue and sales activity through promotions, packages, and campaigns
- Track performance, analyse results, and optimise ROI
- Promote hotel events, weddings, and local partnerships
- Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within hospitality
- Strong digital marketing expertise (SEO, PPC, social media, email)
- Excellent communication and content creation skills
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Commercial awareness with the ability to analyse and act on data
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
