What You’ll Do
- Lead the housekeeping function, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and efficiency across all guest rooms and public areas.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional standards.
- Manage daily operations including room allocation, inspections, and productivity levels.
- Ensure all bedrooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standard at all times.
- Implement and maintain cleaning standards, procedures, and quality checks.
- Manage stock control, ordering, and cost control within departmental budgets.
- Work closely with Reception and Maintenance to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Support recruitment, training, and ongoing development of the housekeeping team.
