About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our human resources function and drive the development of a high-performance, inclusive, and engaged workplace. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals, while overseeing the full employee lifecycle β€” from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management, development, and retention. You will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute HR strategies, policies, and programs that support business objectives and promote organizational effectiveness.

Lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including employer branding, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for key positions.

Design and manage performance management systems, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and annual review cycles.

Oversee employee relations, providing guidance and resolving issues in alignment with labor laws and company values.

Drive learning and development initiatives, including training programs and career pathing, to enhance employee capabilities and engagement.

Manage compensation and benefits structures, ensuring competitiveness, equity, and compliance.

Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, diversity) to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements.

Ensure compliance with all local and national employment regulations and maintain up-to-date HR documentation.

Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a collaborative and service-oriented culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; Master\'s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

6+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Manager or similar leadership role.

Proven expertise in talent management, performance systems, employee relations, and HR compliance.

Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices in [Country/Region].

Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR) and data analysis tools.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Demonstrated ability to lead change, solve complex problems, and work in a fast-paced environment.

High level of discretion, integrity, and emotional intelligence.
