  • Collaborate with internal teams and distribution partners, communicating product vision and details clearly
  • Work with Marketing to translate product features into compelling stories and assets
  • Partner with Graphic Development to create beautiful, successful bicycles
  • Present product lines to internal teams and customers to build excitement and drive sales

Travel: To international markets to learn from our customers and riders about how to build and tailor the bikes for success. To our suppliers and assemblers to collaborate on existing and future products. Support the brand at key international industry events (up to ~25% travel).

  • A vision for the future of cycling and your categories that you can share and sell-in to the wider team
  • Understanding of production and delivery processes
  • Strong proficiency with digital tools, especially Microsoft Excel and Office suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong data management and analytical abilities
  • Avid cyclist and genuine fan of bikes
  • Willingness and enthusiasm for domestic and international travel (up to 25%)
