Marie Curie charity shops play a vital role in raising funds to support our nurses and the care they provide to people living with a terminal illness and their families. We are looking for positive and friendly Shop Volunteers to join our retail team and help deliver a great shopping experience. From fashion and homeware to books and unique finds, our shops offer a wide range of quality donated items, and we need your help to sort, prepare, and sell them.
Availability: 3 hours - Thursdays, Fridays or Sundays (morning or afternoon)
Criteria: Minimum 18 years of age or older
What you’ll do:
- Sort donations and uncover hidden gems
- Prep items - steam, tag, and style for sale
- Chat with customers and operate the till
- Spruce up window displays and restock shelves
- Keep things clean, tidy, and fabulous
