Marie Curie charity shops play a vital role in raising funds to support our nurses and the care they provide to people living with a terminal illness and their families. We are looking for enthusiastic Shop Volunteers to join our retail team and help deliver a great shopping experience. From fashion and homeware to books and unique finds, our shops offer a wide range of quality donated items, and we need your help to sort, prepare, and sell them.

As a Shop Volunteer, you will:

  • Welcome and assist customers on the shop floor
  • Operate the till and handle transactions
  • Sort through donations to find quality items or hidden gems
  • Prepare stock for sale by checking, hanging, steaming, sizing, and displaying items on the shop floor
  • Help maintain a clean and tidy shop environment
