Marie Curie is recruiting a Registered Nurse to join the Western Trust team for urgent hospice care at home and overnight visits. You will lead holistic, patient-centred end-of-life care, assess and plan nursing actions, and work with multidisciplinary colleagues to support patients and families.
The role reports to the Hospice Ward Manager or equivalent, with responsibility for quality and practice, across community and ward settings.
