Join our hospice Café team and help create a warm, welcoming space for patients, families, and visitors. Just a few hours of your time can make a big difference.
Availability: 3 hours (or more)
Time: Anytime between 10:00am and 2:30pm
Location: Marie Curie Hospice, Cardiff and the Vale, Bridgeman Road, Penarth CF64 3YR
Criteria: Minimum 16 years of age or older. Criminal Records Check required - Marie Curie will cover the cost of this for you.
What you'll do:
- Welcome visitors and offer friendly, helpful service
- Prepare and serve light refreshments (tea, coffee, snacks)
- Keep the café clean, tidy, and well-stocked
- Operate the till, handle card and cash transactions
- Promote a warm and inclusive environment
- Support the smooth running of the café overall
