Marie Curie is seeking a Retail Manager to lead our charity shop operations in Bridgend. You will drive sales, craft visually appealing displays, and recruit and coach volunteers and staff to deliver excellent customer service and fundraising results.
You'll manage stock and budgets, ensure compliance with charity guidelines and health and safety; build relationships with donors and customers, and contribute to a supportive, inclusive shop environment that reflects Marie Curie's values.
