Marie Curie Bradford Hospice is seeking a compassionate Bereavement Coordinator to join the Patient and Family Support Team on a 9-month fixed term maternity cover contract. You will coordinate and deliver bereavement support for patients, families and those important to them, acting as a key contact for bereavement counselling and ensuring timely, compassionate services.
You will hold a caseload, support groups and volunteers, and work with colleagues to provide joined-up, high-quality care.
