Job Description
As a Registered Nurse, you will work alongside a Clinical Nurse Manager, Senior Nurse, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care and support to people with terminal illnesses and their families.

The service provides rapid, out-of-hours nursing care to terminally ill patients in their homes, aiming to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions and support patient choice of care setting. We value continuous improvement and respect for staff and patients. This role is part of our Rapid Response team within the community-based palliative care service.
