Responsibilities
- Be a vital part of our multidisciplinary team, providing holistic support to patients and those important to them.
- This role is based in the community, where you’ll support clients and their families in the comfort of their own homes, ensuring dignity, comfort, and continuity of care during one of life’s most important journeys.
What we’re looking for
- Minimum of 6 months’ experience delivering care in a health or social care setting
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- NVQ Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), or a willingness to work towards this qualification
- An nurturing and compassionate approach, with excellent communication skills
- The ability to work independently while being an integral part of a multidisciplinary team
Salary and Contract
- Salary: Marie Curie Clinical Pay Scale Band 2 (aligned with AFC) £24,647 – £26,763 pro rata per annum + enhancements
- Contract: Permanent Part Time 27 hours per week; Night Shifts 10pm to 7am; may include some occasional day shifts when required
- Based: Community Based across Gretna, Annan and Dumfriesshire and Galloway
