Marie Curie in Brackla, Wales, is seeking a Retail Manager to lead store operations, drive sales and maintain exceptional customer service within a charity environment.
You will recruit and develop staff and volunteers, oversee stock presentation and merchandising, manage budgets and cash handling, and promote donations and our loyalty scheme.
The role is permanent, full-time (35 hours/week) with a salary of £24,422 per annum plus benefits, based at the Brackla store.
