Marie Curie invites an experienced palliative care nurse to join our new service at the Royal Stoke University Hospital. You will identify patients in the Emergency Department who are likely in their last year of life and provide specialist palliative care to support their discharge to appropriate care providers.
You will lead on assessments, provide symptom control and work with community and hospital palliative care services to enable rapid discharge to the patient’s preferred place of care,
