To support the planning, creation and delivery of a welcoming and inviting home-based Lifestyle Programme aimed at encouraging residents to participate and engage in a wide-ranging variety of activities. The focus is on ensuring that resident interests and needs are met consistently and creatively whilst adapting to varying levels of physical and mental ability.
Responsibilities- Support the planning, creation and delivery of a welcoming and inviting home-based Lifestyle Programme.
- Assist in the delivery of lifestyle sessions both on a group and individual basis.
- Assist in the development of strong community links and the delivery of successful events.
- Be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
- Assist in consistent delivery and implementation of new concepts and ideas.
- Participate in the growth and development through attainment of Lifestyle / Activities training and qualifications.
- An understanding of the role social interaction plays in the general wellbeing of people.
- Ability to assist in the delivery of lifestyle sessions both on a group and individual basis.
- Ability to assist in the development of strong community links and the delivery of successful events.
- Ability to be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
