We are seeking a Registered Nurse with excellent understanding of PCS system, medication management, strong leadership skills, and a good understanding of dementia and complex care.

You will play a crucial role in planning daily activities, creating tailored care plans, and meeting individual needs and choices. Your role will involve championing dignity and safety, serving as a role model, and providing purpose to residents.
Key responsibilities include:
- Medication administration and care planning
- Providing physical, emotional, and spiritual support
- Maintaining safeguarding principles
- Taking responsibility as Nurse in charge
- Team management and shift planning
- Infection prevention and control
- Liaising with GPs and multidisciplinary teams
- Upholding clinical governance standards
About you

Essential requirements:
- A UK NMC-recognized nursing qualification
- A valid UK NMC PIN and registration as RGN, RNLD, or RMN
- Ability to assist residents physically

- Experience with bloods, medication administration, and understanding of the Mental Capacity Act and deprivation of liberty
