Registered Nurse - Nursing Home experience essential

Bank - for flexibility on hours

Excellent understanding of PCS system, medication management, strong leadership skills, excellent understanding of dementia and complex care.

  • Liaising with General Practitioners and Multi-Disciplinary Teams

  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as assisting residents with their mobility
