Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Medication administration and care planning
- Providing physical, emotional, and spiritual support to our residents
- Ensuring principles of safeguarding are maintained
- Taking responsibility of shifts as Nurse in charge
- Team management and shift planning
- Infection prevention and control
- Liaising with General Practitioners and Multi-Disciplinary Teams
- Upholding clinical governance standards
About you

- A Nursing qualification recognised by the UK NMC.
- A valid UK NMC PIN and registration to practice as Registered General Nurse(RGN)/Learning & Disability Nurse (RNLD)/Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as assisting residents with their mobility

Croft House
Croft House Care Home is part of the Countrywide Care Homes Group β one of the UK\βs leading care home providers. The home is located in Ossett and specialises in the provision of nursing, residential dementia and nursing dementia care for 66 residents. Maypole Suite has recently been refurbished in November 2016 and provides residential dementia care for 12 residents. All bedrooms have en-suite rooms. Croft House has a number of communal areas including spacious lounge and dining areas, quiet lounges, a garden room, a hairdressing salon and beautiful gardens.
