Registered General Nurse
Nursing Home experience essential as a nurse (MUST HAVE TRACHESTOSTOMY CARE AND SUCTIONING)
Nights on a rolling rota over 7 days including alternate weekends
Excellent understanding of PCS system, medication management strong leadership skills
Other skills required:
We look for strong clinical decision-making leadership and Care Planning
Syringe driver experience, Catheterisation ,Bloods, Peg Feed,Stoma Care, Tracheostomy care and suctioning
Good understanding of Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of liberty

Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Medication administration and care planning
- Providing physical, emotional, and spiritual support to our residents
- Ensuring principles of safeguarding are maintained
- Taking responsibility of shifts as Nurse in charge
- Team management and shift planning
- Infection prevention and control
- Liaising with General Practitioners and Multi-Disciplinary Teams
- Upholding clinical governance standards
About you

- Ability to perform physical tasks such as assisting residents with their mobility
