We're looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with Nursing Home experience, excellent clinical decision-making, and the confidence to lead teams while delivering outstanding care to residents with dementia, complex needs and long-term conditions.
Flexible hours are available, and our nursing shifts usually follow a rolling pattern across 7 days, including alternate weekends.

What you'll be doing:
- Medication administration, documentation and care planning
- Leading shifts as Nurse in Charge, ensuring safe staffing and smooth operations
- Providing physical, emotional and spiritual support to residents
- Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, infection control and clinical governance
- Liaising with GPs, external professionals and multi-disciplinary teams
- Preparing MDT reports to support positive outcomes and coordinated care for residents
- Mentoring and supporting junior members of the team to develop skills, confidence and safe practice
