THIS ROLE IS AVAILABLE FOR QUALIFIED NURSES ONLY. Registered Nurse - Nursing Home experience desirable but not essential. Days - over 7 days on a rolling rota including alternate weekends. Experience essential in PCS system, medication management, strong leadership skills, and excellent understanding of dementia and complex care.

- Liaising with General Practitioners and Multi-Disciplinary Teams
