This role is available for qualified nurses only. Registered General Nurse with nursing home experience essential as a nurse. Nights on a rolling rota over 7 days including alternate weekends. Excellent understanding of PCS system, medication management, and strong leadership skills.

  • Liaising with General Practitioners and Multi-Disciplinary Teams

  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as assisting residents with their mobility
