Responsibilities include helping those we care for to live the most rewarding, engaging and fulfilling lifestyle while meeting their needs in terms of the Mind, Body and Soul. You will co‑ordinate and support the planning, creation and delivery of a welcoming and inviting home‑based Lifestyle Programme aimed at encouraging residents to participate and engage in a wide‑ranging variety of activities. The focus is on ensuring that resident interests and needs are met consistently and creatively while adapting to varying levels of physical and mental ability.

Qualifications and Skills: We provide full training, so we’d love to hear from you whatever your background. We’re looking for someone who is organised, has great communication skills, and is flexible enough to work shifts. You should be willing to work shifts across a 7‑day period, with patterns scheduled on a rota basis, including weekends.
